Solicitors Shoosmiths do a lot of work collecting debt on behalf of banks, particularly LloydsTSB, Natwest and HSBC.

We have noticed a step up of aggressive correspondence by RBS/ Natwest in the collection of personal guarantees over the last few weeks, particularly from their Telford collection office, but also to some extent from their global restructuring departments in London and Manchester.
