Personal Guarantees are a gem of a find - I needed advice on the course of action my bankers had taken with regard to a limited company bank loan that I could not repay. The circumstances were unique, Companies House had closed the business due to late filed accounts and the bank reacted by asking me to repay the loan all in one go; the grip they had on me was a 'signed Personal guarantee'. I didn't even try to negotiate with my bankers as the letter they sent indicated there was no going back on their decision, so I decided to go online and search for help/advice.

Personal Guarantees reviewed my case and instantly brought knowledge/intelligence and a sense of hope to the table - throughout the process, my questions (and there were many) were all answered in a timely and easy to understand way. I have found Mel extremely helpful in advising on how to resolve issues in respect of my Personal Guarantee for a large bank loan for a company.
